But if you care about your health then you NEED TO Do all you can to get in your veggies people…veg is LIFE.
A protein shake makes it SUPER-EASY to get in your veggies in a tasty delicious way….even children who hate veggies will take a smoothie😀

Today’s morning smoothie recipe:
Some cucumber, a handful of mixed veggies (lollo Rosso, red oak leaf, red Batavia)
A few mixed nuts (almond, cashew, pistachio and pecans)
A small banana to sweeten.
2 scoops USANA Vanilla shake
Blend all together..make as thick or as liquid as you like.
I feel SUPERCHARGED for my day 👊
